About the Founder
Mary Pavlantos PT, DPT, CBIS
Mary has been passionate about helping individuals with neurological, orthopedic, and women's health conditions strive toward achieving functional goals and improve quality of life since 2006.
Mary’s approach to physical therapy is to address functional limitations that
affect the individual's life, with an emphasis on getting to the
root cause of an injury or dysfunction, and healing from the ground up. Mary is also an empath and has a deep connection with the greater divine which helps her heal her patients.
Mary was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM in a mountain town where she grew up playing sports including basketball and running track. She moved away to attend Whittier College in California where she played basketball and graduated with Bachelor of Kinesiology & Leisure Science. In 2009, Mary received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
Mary enjoys spending time with her children Zoe & Grayson going to museums, traveling, laughing, and enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
She also loves grounding, meditation, gardening/pants, crafting, and
living each day to its fullest.
